Send Your Practice Impression Photos

Take a clear photo of your practice impression and submit it using the form. This step is required before moving forward.

You must send a photo of your practice impression, whether you believe it is good or not. If a photo is not submitted, you will not receive instructions to continue.

Why This Step Is Important

The practice impression allows us to review your results and provide feedback before you take your final impressions. This helps ensure your final impressions are accurate and can be used to create your appliance.

If your practice impression is already accurate, we may be able to use it to make your device, saving you time and preventing the need for additional materials.

Handling Your Impression

If your impression is approved, do not remove the putty from the tray. Keep it as one unit and send it to us as is.

Only remove the putty from the tray if you are instructed to retake your impression.
